When I think of pestilence I think of the Bubonic Plague. So let's have people with bulbous blood filled pus sacs lying in bed in agony like they have lockjaw and corpses burning in a street.

Silly me, I thought Pestilence was refering to the first rider of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Technically it is that too as it was one of the things I was thinking of when proposing the name. It also goes along with my character name.
